O2 has announced a number of changes to its board structure following Mark Evans’ appointment as CEO.
Ben Dowd the long serving business director will switch to sales director, whilst Evans’ previous position of CFO will be taken up by Partricia Cobian.
Other changes include Nina Bibby previously marketing and consumer director taking the title of chief marketing officer responsible for all marketing across O2 consumer and business.
Meanwhile, chief operating officer Derek McManus will add customer service to his list of responsibilities.
Ed Smith, General Counsel has been appointed to the board, with Ann Pickering, HR director and David Plumb, digital director, both continue in their existing roles.
